Integration with PlanGrid

We’re really pleased to announce a seamless integration with Autodesk® PlanGrid field collaboration software, enabling rapid updating of building blueprints using RoomScan’s AI-powered laser scanning.

PlanGrid is a cloud-based field collaboration software that’s really popular on construction sites, enabling real-time collaboration and connection between the field and office.

RoomScan LiDAR rapidly classifies, accurately measures and positions common building components on the floor plan. Version 4.0 out later this week not only recognises objects within the building but also the position and sizes of all doors and windows.

With today’s announcement of seamless integration between RoomScan LiDAR and PlanGrid, accurate up-to-date blueprints can be sent to a corresponding PlanGrid project, where teams can collaborate and share markups, attach documents and raise issues.
